Required Elements
In all cases, to carry out the expertise I need the following items :
- photos of the exterior of the house or building
- 4‑5 photos per room
- photos clearly showing the beds
- additional detail photos (suspicious objects, etc.)
- a floor plan – if you have one, otherwise draw a hand‑sketch on paper and photograph it
- a screenshot of an aerial satellite image on which you delineate the parcel of your land or building (geoportal, Maps, Mappy, etc., drawing on it)
- the exact address or GPS coordinates to locate your dwelling precisely on a satellite map
- an individual photo of each person and animal you wish to include in the expertise
All of this must be sent via a large‑file transfer service (e.g., grosfichiers.com / WeTransfer).
